The "Hairline Rescue Kit" Story
Hello! While my February blog was sidetracked after vacation by the sudden emergence of COVID-19 crisis that has kept us shut down since mid-March, you should have been receiving my weekly emails offering the "Hairline Rescue Kits" available for pick-up on Saturdays (and yes, including next Saturday, April 18th and every one after that until we are open unless otherwise noted). As the cover photo today represents, most of us have our hair telling us the same thing - HELP! I have to admit that I was a bit nervous about providing these to our guests at first, but not only has the feedback been overwhelmingly positive, I find myself really benefiting from the chance to stay connected with you during this break. I guess you don't really know how much you miss the daily interaction from behind the chair until you are forced to stay away.
What we're going to share today and in our next few blog posts then, is the result of us using our down time to be productive! Today is the first in a series of videos I'll be posting I'm calling "Andi's How To". Take a peek and see that yes, it IS possible to touch up your own roots! If you are an existing color client at Studio 16, then you are eligible to order our Hairline Rescue Kit as well, and you will get everything you see in the video to do it yourself.

"When Will You Be Back?"
At this point in time, we still won't know when we will be open again, but I want to assure all of you that when that time comes we will not only be ready to welcome you back to the same high levels of service you expected before, but are going to be doing some new things to make your experience even better - and safe - for everyone.
