Andi has been an industry professional since 1986. She spent 15 years as an educator before opening Studio 16 in 2003 with a simple belief: guests should feel welcomed, understood, and genuinely cared for — and stylists should love where they work. She leads with listening, brings decades of technical expertise to every appointment, and creates results that feel effortlessly right. When she's not behind the chair, you'll find her nurturing the Studio 16 community she's built over more than two decades. She says, "I believe that you should love what you do, and do what you love."

Growing up a military brat, Rae has seen many beautiful destinations but ultimately fell in love with the PNW — so she made the life changing move from Pensacola, FL to Yakima, WA with her Corgi (Willow) the moment she could. With plentiful experience as a high-level assistant and overseeing all things office duties, she now helps Andi run the show as her right hand. In her free time, Rae loves to sing, create art of all kinds, and study up on prehistoric life!
