We're READY to Welcome You Back!
Now that we have been open for a few weeks again, we are confident that we are ready to welcome you back and make your experience better than ever. Scroll down to learn about some of the protocols we will be following and requiring our guests to follow during the initial months we are back. Here's what early guests are saying:

What's that on the walls? We've done a complete refresh with a fresh coat of paint everywhere and a some new accents we think you'll find cheerful and welcoming - for this one on the right we commissioned a former stylist who is doing wonderful work in her new career as an artist!

With fresh paint, comes fresh ideas! We love this new look in the shampoo room, where you will also see some new safety protocols when you come in.

Are we done yet? Not even close! Andi is hard at work revamping the "Color Bar" which we think will give the entire room a warmer and completely fresh feel. Bet you can't wait to refresh your color too!

Dyson makes a hair dryer? Yes, they do! And we've upgraded our team's tools to include these for THREE big reasons:
- They use less heat to get the job done, which is healthier for your hair.
- Your hair will dry faster, making for a faster appointment.
- It saves wear and tear on your stylist - because it's lighter AND works faster!
Other Changes To Be Aware Of:
Now, in order for us to serve you in beauty AND in health, we will be observing strict protocols for the protection of both our guests AND our staff. Please be aware of them as they will need to be followed if we are going to provide you the service you've come to expect. And yes, we wish we didn't need all of this too, so sorry in advance if it seems to sound a bit mean!
1. Making Your First Appointment After Opening:
Our menu has been updated to limit some services we are not confident we can provide safely at this time as well as some price increases. We appreciate your understanding - and your business! We are always welcome to your feedback on how to make it better.
Now, in order for us to serve you in beauty AND in health, we will be observing strict protocols for the protection of both our guests AND our staff. Please be aware of them as they will need to be followed if we are going to provide you the service you've come to expect. And yes, we wish we didn't need all of this too, so sorry in advance if it seems to sound a bit mean!
1. Making Your First Appointment After Opening:
- There are NO walk-ins. Appointments only (which was the norm for 99% of you before!)
- Everyone will get a short 4-5 question survey by email for which we will need a response in order to make your first appointment back. Based on your responses, we may require a consultation by Zoom or other method so we can evaluate the state of your hair and prepare for your first appointment properly. We want to know what we're getting into!
- You will get one additional short survey to answer 24 hrs before your appointment to indicate if you have experienced any symptoms or fever. If the survey is not completed before the appointment your appointment will be cancelled.
- Our waiting area will not be available initially, so you will be asked to wait in your car until your appointment time so we can limit the contact between guests and staff to the minimum required.
- When you enter the salon, you will be given a temperature check, and offered hand sanitizer. You will also be required to wear a mask. If you do not have one, we will offer one to you. MASKS MUST BE WORN DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT. Our staff will also be wearing masks.
- Limit what you bring inside - your phone and form of payment only if possible. Bring only yourself as well. Family members, friends or children can not stay in the salon while you have your appointment
- Once in your chair - we will make you feel like yourself again! Yes, there will be fewer chairs, and more space between other guests. But you will go home feeling fabulous again - guaranteed!
- When you leave - you'll be able to schedule your next appointment while still in your chair directly with your stylist, or with guest services, who will also take your payment without needing to touch your card.
