Choosing a new stylist can feel like a big decision. Our Stylist Match Quiz makes it easier. You'll answer a few questions about your hair, your goals, your style preferences, and the kind of salon experience you're looking for.
For new color guests, this also helps us understand whether your first step should be a virtual consultation, an in-person consultation, or a specific color appointment.

## Color guests start with a consultation.
Color is personal. It depends on your hair history, current condition, inspiration, timing, maintenance goals, and the best stylist match for you. For that reason, new color guests begin with a consultation before booking a full color appointment.
This is not meant to slow you down — it is how we make sure your first appointment is the right appointment.

## DIRECT BOOKING
### Booking a haircut, spa, waxing, or Head Spa service?
Many services can be booked online without a consultation. If you are a returning guest, or if you are booking a haircut, facial, waxing service, Head Spa, or another non-color service, you may schedule directly online.

YOUR FIRST VISIT
## What to expect.
When you arrive, you'll be welcomed by our guest care team and settled into the salon. Your stylist or service provider will begin with a consultation so we can understand what you want, what has worked before, and what needs to feel different this time. From there, we'll create a plan together.
Depending on your service, your visit may include a customized hair, scalp, or skin treatment, AVEDA or Oway product recommendations, styling education, and a maintenance plan so you know how to care for your results at home. You will never be rushed through the process. We are here to listen first, then guide.
GOOD TO KNOW
## A few things to know.
A little preparation helps us make your first visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Here's what we'd love you to keep in mind.
**Please arrive with your hair down and dry** for color consultations when possible.
**Bring inspiration photos if you have them** — and photos of what you do not want can be just as helpful.
**Share your hair history with us.** If you have box color, corrective color, previous lightening, extensions, or any major hair history, please tell us. It helps us protect the health of your hair and plan honestly.
**Timing and investment vary.** For new color appointments, pricing varies by stylist level, hair length, density, and desired result. We'll help you understand your options before reserving the appointment.
